For Giving Tuesday, The Children's Place celebrated their mascot Rudy Bear's birthday with a social media fundraising campaign. In 2022, Rudy's wish was for a new playground, and in 2023, a Music Therapy program. The 2022 campaign, which included peer-to-peer content, video interviews, a live Facebook event, and real-time updates, earned a Philly Award from Nonprofit Connect.
